The Department of Environmental Protection of the City of Klagenfurt is responsible for the overall coordination and the management of the EU project CMA+ and also acts as the EU subsidy recipient. Furthermore, the Department is in charge of the PR activities, which are launched in the course of the project. Membership of international networks including: Climate Alliance of European Municipalities, European Sustainable Cities and Towns Campaign, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives – ICLEI, Healthy Cities Network Austria of the WHO.
